Being at E Komo Mai has been:

Beautiful as the sunset. Exhilarating as chasing the clouds' shadow over a moonlit pasture. Satisfying as becoming a
better rider. Funny as Trey's jokes. Awesome as the birth of a new foal. Frustration at myself for forgetting something.
Happy as winning a blue ribbon. Repetitive as scooping poop. Joy at taking a young horse over his first jumps.
Wonderful as meeting such lovely people. Fun as galloping across the mountains. Scary as traversing the world to live
with strangers. Welcoming as a home away from home. Sadness at leaving these very dear friends.

I am well, doing a Masters in Wildlife Management and Conservation so very busy. I decided to stay in education for
another year which is a bit crazy of me I know, but I really want to get into wildlife conservation and it is quite hard to
get paid work without further qualifications. Still riding when I get the chance. I was just thinking about you guys the
other day - when I finish my course I want to do some more traveling, so I might have to stop off on Hawaii for a little
while!
